Battery question.
Is it a good idea to completely run your batteries out to 0%, then do a full re-charge? I've heard doing this basically re-sets the battery and re-lengthens the battery life. Any truth to this?
I have a couple of Z-96 LED lights that take L-Series batteries. I might have the batteries power the lights and run them to 0% overnight then recharge. Is this good for the battery?
