Help - need to Create Closed Circuit Tv Station

So here's the deal; I'm working on a bid for a project for a local fitness company. The bids involves lots of production to basically create a branded station for the company to get the info to the members. The end result is to be looped as its own station and it supposed to be able to be accessed on all the individual screens on each of the machines as its own station.

This last part is where I'm totally out of my knowledge and comfort zone. I know the solution is probably not very complicated but I don't know a thing about the hardware needed for this sort of application. They've never had this before now so there's not any infrastructure already established so I'm starting from scratch. To really put together a good bid I need to know more.

I'm open to any suggestions or info anyone has. I've done a little internet research but its all a little overwhelming. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Are you talking about an "on-demand" access panel at each exercise machine?

Seems that the best option for that would be a touch-controlled LCD panel linked to a central server, but you'd want software that would run the video access without granting access to the OS... and that's where I'm not going to be much help.
 
Even if it doesn't need to be on-demand, just running on a constant loop, you're still going to need a lot of distribution for one source to go (presumably) a lot of screens. You might want to consider having the fitness company bring in a local A/V dealer to handle the design and installation of that part of it so you can concentrate on the production side.
