Help! Need Matrox DVCPRO 25 codec ASAP

Hey all,
I figure some of you guys use Vegas and for SD with the 500, you need the Matrox DVCPRO 25 Codec, but it's not working from their site anymore. Does someone have it that could send it to me or can someone send me a ink on where to get it?
