Help need a lens adapter that fits

Hi guys, looking for a cheap(ish) manual lens adapter; e to ef mount, for my fs 700 .
Bought 2 different adapters that don't fit, seems to be machined quiet badly. so could do with help from experienced buyers.
Not looking to spend to much, just need anything that works really

Any suggestions would be great.
