Less than three weeks before the first shooting day, naturally. Does anyone know where Maryland/DC/Northern Va. cinematographers hang out online? I stumbled into my former shooter, and I'm not sure where to look.
BTW, anyone reading this with experience shooting indies, who is in the area, or willing to travel, is welcome to contact me about the gig. It's a paying job, and I'll be shooting with the DVX100A. I'm looking for crew members as well, although the DP has leeway to hire his/her own crew of 3-4 people.
If you know where I can find these folks, or if you *are* one of those folks, please contact me at kward@redmondmag.com.
And thanks!
