HELP - .mxf to .cin conversion

I have shot some green screen material with the Panasonic P2 and I need to convert the .mxf files into .cin files or .tga files. Is there any software to do the job other than the whole package of Adobe After EFX? I will be using
Shake for the comp. Thanks, Larry:furious3:
