help me ?? i need to connect my AG-HMC 150 to my PC via USB cable? how could i do it:

hi to all
i have trued several times to connect my camcorder Panasonic AG-HMC 150
to my PC or my laptop via USB2 Cable but i did not get result
please give me the right steps how to connect it via USB2 Cable or Via HDMI cable to my laptop
do i need other accessories with my USB cable or just the USB cale or HDMI one
please i need to do it so help me
do i need special drivers for that

could i use my laptop as a camcorder external monitor instead of the camcorder LCD via the HDMI or the USB cable

You can plug the camera into the computer via USB. Use the "mode" button, go to "PB" mode, then HOLD the button down for three more seconds and it will go into "PC" mode.

But the ONLY thing you can do in PC mode, is copy the SD card over to the computer. PC mode through USB just turns the camera into an SDHC card reader, that's all.


You CANNOT use USB mode to use your laptop as a monitor. If you wanted to do that, you would need additional hardware, like a BlackMagic h.264 recorder or a Canopus ADVC 100 or something like that.
