Help me find settings

Okay, I'm spending more time reading threads than i thought I would need to and I just need some help here. Oh forum, please rescue me from frustration.

I did the PTool hack as described in the "GH1 GF1 Hack for dummies" thread and as far as I can tell I've done everything exactly as described and now I successfully load the firmware and I can take photos still just fine but in movie mode absolutely NO buttons/switches do any thing, including the on/off switch.

I understand this is some kind of freeze and it could be related to the speed of my card so I brought the rates down to 22.000000 on FHD and 24.000000 on overall bitrate (my cards are rated at 24 Mb/s) and exactly the same problem. I really could use a brillaint idea, here.

Clarify - my frustration isn't so much withthe device or the hack but the reality that I can't get the best possible picture because I'm too stupid to figure out what's wrong. Ha ha.

Then you might please consider changing the threads title, as in its current state ("RESCUE me from FROZEN") it suggests that you need help with a maybe bricked camera... which you don't.
 
Fair enough. But I can't seem to figure out how to change the title of the whole thread, only the first post.
