HELP! Lost P2 Structure while Copying to HD

Hey there. Problem! I didn't know what I was doing and when I backed up my first set of P2 cards, I didnt copy all of the files, just the mxfs, and now I can't mount those clips in Avid. Is there any way to repair this or do it manually? ANY help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
 
If you have the audio and video MXFs, that's all Avid needs. Copy them all into an Avid MediaFiles/MXF/1 directory and import 'em through the Media Tool.
