FS7: HELP! Looking for Speed booster positive lock

Here's the deal, I'm looking for a speed booster that can sense iris information from my Canon lenses but I also want one that can lock tightly down like some of the EF positive lock adapters floating around. Is there any adapter with all three attributes manufactured at all? If not, why not? :S Seems to be such a basic thing that if made would make everyone happy.

Ciecio7 EF to E mount adapter
- positive lock YES
- speed booster NO
- iris reading NO

Is there a product out there with all 3 for my FS7? :( Is it mechanically impossible to make a positive locking EF adapter with iris reading or something??
 
I spent a very short amount of time looking for something similar, no luck. I'm guessing that the lack of them might be from the positive locking EF mount being patented and none of the good companies want to step on that patent. Hopefully Metabones will do some positive lock EF in straight through and speed booster.

I've also thought of trying to make me own but I've never seen the Canon version in real life to see how it functions.
