HELP Importing 60 fps from Contour HD

Hi, I am trying to import 1280X720 60fps into FCP and it keeps giving me this message: "File error: 1 file recognized, 0 acces denied, 1 unknown"

I tried pretty much every settings in the esay settup and the audio/video settings...

Please help

Let's start with the specifics of your hardware and software set up.

And assuming that cam shoots AVCHD, how are you "importing it?"

it should be a mount AVCHD volume and log and transfer to pro res on an Intel Mac.

but you haven't provided that information.

Hello,

I'd suggest using StreamClip to transcode the files into Pro Res, then importing the new clips into FCP. That's what I do with the 720 footage I get from my Contours.

Thanks a lot for your help!
I don't understand everything you are saying, but I went with QTX, save as new file and it works perfectly.
It all works in the end, but it takes forever to resave all the files.
