I was wondering if someone can help me... I have a 30p MTS file that a want to use as a 25p but I don't want to recompress it, just to change the frame rate of the file. Do you know if is there any software (for Windows) that can handle this?
I have Sony Vegas and I tried to used it with 0,833 playback rate and disabling resample. Ok, that "works"... but it fails when I use Magic Bullet as FX so I'm really confuse about it...
