i have searched and could not find anything

i have a panasonic dvx 100a, what do i export my videos as to get good quality like this video?
i have no uploaded a video yet because i dont know how to get the quality i want,
please help

Youtube has a page on data rates, etc. Not certain how HD quality can be achieved from the DVX100

The only way I know to get HD-like footage with the DVX is to use InstantHD

You can easily achieve this look with the DVX if not better. Exporting can be done using a variety of methods. Mpeg streamclip is a good one and it is very easy to use. look into that. or you could use compressor to achieve the same results but it takes longer from my experiences with the program.
