help! HPX170 framerate issue (25PN)

I've shot a few clips on 720 / 50P and no problem.
Then the next day changed to 720 / 25PN and shot a few more clips to the same card, but there is a ton of missing frames

I played it back frame by frame and it plays for a few frames, then 1 frame is repeated twice, and then it looks like there is a frame missing... and this repeats... :embarasse

I've tried a bunch of different settings in FCP but nothing seems to work

Current settings:
Frame size - HD (960x720) (16:9)
Editing Timebase - 25
Compressor - DVCPRO HD 720p50

ugh figured it out... on log and transfer the "delete duplicate frames was ticked" and 25pn didnt have and duplicate frames...
