GH1 Help hacking GH1 please

I am going to hack a GH1 with firmware 1.3. Should I upgrade to 1.4 first? I want to install the 100mb v2 patch. Can you point me to latest ptools and easy step by step directions on how to hack the GH1?

Have you looked in the hack section of this forum? Or the wiki at personal view? Give those a try first.
 
Figured it out but I do have some questions:
1. Is there a good tutorial on how to properly expose on the GH1/2 cameras?
2. How come when I am in creative movie mode, the exposure comp moves around by itself? anyway to lock this and set to what I want?
3. 1600 ISO is the highest you can do in movie mode with the GH1?
