HELP!! - Final DVD Exporting Problem

I am using PPRO2.0 and currently working on an 4:3 NTSC video project which is 1 hour and 50 minutes in length.
Since now for every project I have been using Premiere's native DVD Layout and it has worked out for me quite well (As far as I can remember this must be the lengthiest project I have dealt recently - not sure).

This Project when tried to burn using PPRO2 DVD Layout, says insufficient disc media for a 4.7GB DVD. I tried changing some settings as 4Mb CBR with Quality = 2.0 but none of them were possible to be burned on 4.7GB media.

I have never used Encore.

Is this issue can be solved using Encore. If so please please please explain how???
Or does a solution reside in PPRO2 itself????
(I want to have it on a 4.7GB MEDIA)

Not sure why it's not fitting on regular 4.7GB discs at that bitrate.

Yes, Encore does give you much much more control over DVD authoring (that's what it's for after all!) and encoding too.
