nah man thats basic film stuff. In school they made us shoot 35mm Still, so we had to learn about Film. But are yo uguys surprised barry an award wining emmy guy.... he should know this stuff. Plus it says on page 2 of his book that the DVX replaced 16mm in his work. Hence he used lots of it. i think he knows more about film thatn he does video.

Barry probably learned this in film school. I did too. Difference. He remembered it.

My film'Absolution' won 3 awards. I actually won the "videography" award.. and film stock was one of my prizes... so kind of twisted irony. lol.

the film won awards with a shitty sound mix and no score written for it (temp score), both of which have been remedied.
