Help! Brevis+Flip CANNOT CENTER TOP/BOTTOM

I am just trying out my Hv20 with Brevis 35mm adapter + Flip, and the problem is not centering left to right, that's easy, the problem is that I lose at least 25-30% off the top when I zoom in! There is just not enough play in the system to compensate for that amount of loss. I must be doing something wrong because no amount modifying the set screws will change this. Otherwise everything is sharp corner to corner. Any suggestions?

There are two points of adjustment, one at the Brevis/flip interface, and one at the flip achromat. Between the two you should be able to get things perfectly centered in both the X and Y axis as we've got a total of at least 2-3mm to play with...likely the largest adjustment range in the industry. If you completely back off the eight set screws at the Brevis/flip interface, you'll get full adjustment range. Check the setup vids at http://www.cinevate.com/website/index.php/videouniversity , or grab the larger downloadable files in the private Cinevate forum section.

We just picked up a second HV20 and I was happy to see that it does not suffer the offset imaging block that our first one did. The old one has a solid 10% skew to the right...the new one is nearly dead center. Not sure if we got lucky, or the issue's been resolved on the manufacturing side.
