lock the card - there are a number of utilities that will recover data files - that's all they are. It may be that the last file is corrupt in which case you may be able to recover some of it. I've used the Sandisc utility with some success
Here is an idea...
If nothing works....you could use the program MacHacha. I used it for Magic Lantern's early RAW workflow with the 5D3. You can alpha join any two files.
Most likely it did not write the small end of code to finalize the clip you were recording. It may be possible to join the corrupt (unfinished writing) video file to one that did get written completely. Join the corrupt file to a non corrupt file and both clips may play as one long video file. You could use the second video clip as the ending code for both.
Not sure if this would work...but if data recovery software does not work....its worth a shot.
Just did the same thing with an AX100 XAVC-S 4k file. Corrupted. I used the Treasured app by Aero Quartet. It cost a bit of coin, but I needed the footage. The app will show you if it's recoverable before you pay for the repair...
No, it was the orig. battery from Sony.
This is a big problem if you film a live event(wedding in this case) and you have corrupted the whole file.
Better to stop when you see the battery sign blink...
