GH2 help - 4/3 adapter stuck on Canon FD 50mm 1.4f

My Fotodiox m4/3 to FD adapter is stuck on my Canon 50mm .
The silver ring on the lens is all the way clockwise but has some play in it to move counter clockwise. The 'LOCK - OPEN' ring appears to all the way in Lock position and cant move to open because the aperature tab appears to be blocking it.

When I change apurature nothing happens the the blades are wide open.

Any tips?

That pin that slides the lens lever should have a very small Philips head on the outside, try unscrewing it (on the adapter), it should come out. This is odd, because I have never seen that breach lock bind up like that, sometimes they are tight, and you have to really turn that ring hard to loosen it up.
