Hello All
I am trying to capture 24pa footage to FCP 4.5 (from the DVX100a), however the audio is way out of sync (approx 1:15 seconds ahead of the video...it does not drift either) when I play it back in the timeline. When played back from the camera itself everything is perfectly aligned.
The capture settings are set to 23.98fps with pulldown removal, and the timeline settings are identical as well. I have tried capturing the footage as 29.97 and removing the pulldown via Cinema Tools to no avail as well. I have manually synced the footage in FCP 4.5 and tried to export it as a quicktime file with current project settings, however the new file is out of sync as well. I just installed Tiger on my machine prior to capturing this footage, could that be the issue? If not what am I doing wrong? Any help woul be greatly appreciated :embarasse
