Just wanted to say hi to everyone. I have been looking at this site for awhile and now have joined. I would like to Thank Russel at Evs for sending me here. Also I would like to thanks Jerrad and the gang for having this site. I got my Dvx100 last year and loving it.

Rook....as much id hate to say this...but you are so right....this place is soo addictive..its kinda sad...

Whenever im at home on the comp...im always here and watching tv the same time and IMing ppl.

I remember I stayed up a whole entire 2 days and jus used the rest of my life force..just to read posts and watch shorts.
And yesterday and today..i went to the apple store and posted from their sweet G5 comps...

Corine....beware.....the forum will eat your life away!!

and watch out for a character named Pookie and his links.....:evil:
 
funny, I was just about to post and ask if there were ANY girl-dvUser-members on this forum... I guess Corine answers that.

Hang on there. Don't judge a book by it's screenname. Corine never said she was a girl. There are a few members with girlie names and avatars, but they are 100% MEN! I had to find that out the hard way, ....too many times.

Example 1: Pookie sounds like a nice sweet girls name, but, now that he's put his face (or is it?) on his avatar, it explains why my love letters have all been returned to sender.

Example 2: KOROVA (or something like that) sounds like a nice Eastern European babes name (and the avatar is cute too), but he's a man too! Once again letters (and flowers) returned to sender.

I have fallen for this screenname trick too many times. I ain't fallen for it again. But if Coline is of the female persuasion she is welcome here. DVXusers do not show favortism to anyone based on age, sex, or religion. The number of posts is all that matters!

Yea, you figure if someone is going to post their first message they would stick around to see if they got any responses. Something tells me Corine won't be challenging John's 13,000 posts any time soon.


FLASH FORWARD 6 MONTHS : Corine is a moderator and 22,000 posts strong. She has purchased the site from Jarred and banned PK (and Owen for being an accomplice).
