Aha! Essex! This is propicious. I need a little help, please.

I just cut a music vid for this lady from footage shot by someone else: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YYNrFPTQqVI

She's delighted, has been averaging around 100 views per day for the last ten days (just over 1,000 now) and would like another vid, although this time she wants me and my crew to shoot it. I have a great idea for a vid but I need a large space which ideally looks good with power and must have light control in or around Southend. If it doesn't look good, we must be able to black it out.

The space needs to be ground floor as we need to get some heavy kit which we cannot get into a lift or upstairs. A warehouse, industrial garage, hall etc... would all be great.

Would you know anywhere we could hire around there?
