[WTB] Height adjustable camera mount plate...

i need a plate that will allow the plate for a tripod to screw on to it, and also allow my camera to mount to the top...

basically a height adjustable plate, so i can raise the height of my 7d on the cavision shoulder mount... cause that one is too low...
