Heading to Toronto and Montreal - Cheaper AF100's?

I'm heading to Montreal through Toronto next week for a shoot. I am trying to buy a Panasonic AF100 by next Monday. :S It looks like they are a little cheaper in Canada, even after converting back to US dollars. Anyone here from Toronto or Montreal that could let me know if this is a bad idea?

I normally order equipment from Adorama or B&H and I only use Vistek and Cinequip White for smaller purchases. I've always found savings in buying from the US, but I'm not sure specifically about the AF100.

Do you live in Canada or the US?

The warranty from Panasonic is only valid in the country you purchase it from.

So if you live in the US, buy it in the US. If you live in Canada, buy it in Canada.

Pricing on the AF100 is virtually the same, regardless which side of the border you're on. For example, we're selling the AF100 for C$4899. So for warranty reasons, buy it in the country you are living in.
