With United States presidential elections looming, AV Squad discovered an organization who are mobilizing concert-goers to the polls. HeadCount (http://www.headcount.org) co-chair, Andy Bernstein, along with Dave Matthews and Primus' Les Claypool, explain the importance of voting and how HeadCount is making difference.
Host reads and Bernstein interview footage shown in the segment were shot with the Panasonic DVX100 set to 24P (F5). Being in our studio, several ARRI fresnels were diffused and used. Audio was gathered with a Sennheisser me66/k6 shotgun mic, as well as an Azden WLX-Pro lav. Dave Matthews was filmed on-location with the Panasonic DVX100 and the anamorphic adapter in natural light while Les Claypool was videotaped in 4:3 using a mobile ARRI light kit and the audio package mentioned above.
