HDV in DV Timeline

Hi All. I've recently captured some HDV footage (1080i50) and would like to work with it in a 50i DV timeline. Problem is, when I look at the footage, it appears the the HDV is Upper Field First and DV is the opposite. How do i fix this, cause even when I said "Reverse Field Dominance" it still looks a little jumpy on movement in the record monitor.

Any ideas?

Ignore it when your done editing convert the HDV shots in AE.
Then reimport the avi 's in the project and replace the HDV shots.
