HDV FX1 E camera settings for capture in PC

Hi I´m newbie with a camera of a friend mine.
I´m lost with this cam and HDV, so my question is:

What camera settings have I put to capture HDV in my PC. Are this settings correct?
VCR --------------------------> HDV
Component ----------------> 576i
Con. I.Link -----------------> ACT

I use vegas video 6 and win XP SP2, and I´m interesting in some info for how can I configure vegas video 6 to capture HDV 25 fps.
