GH2 HDR Timelapse

If you wanted to try this on the GH2 using the bracketing feature, is there a way to automatically combine each exposure then export for a still sequence, or would I manually have to combine them? Or just select each exposure bracket in lightroom and export to different folders for each EV, then mix video in post?
