GH5 HDMI timecode out?

So I get that the GH5 doesn't have timecode input...major flaw since the GH4 did with the YAHG. So I'm trying to figure out how to make the timecode embedded in the HDMI useful. I can see it on my monitors that can read it, but I'm not capable of sending that timecode to another device. My pix-e7 only has a TC input, not out.

Is there any device out there that can read the HDMI timecode and send out a BNC timecode?

I don't know, but you could always use an external time code generator, like a Tentacle Sync system.

It's a bummer that the GH5 doesn't support proper native timecode.

Yeah, I have an ultrasync, but dealing with audio timecode sucks. Wanting to get the HDMI timecode out of the GH5 and send it to other devices. I don't really see the point of having timecode output if you can't do anything with it.

There's 2 devices. Odyssey 7q, & Sound Devices Mix Pre 10T. The issue is, once you disconnect the connection there's likely to be drift.
