HD vs SD...will it make a big difference?

Hello Everyone,

Here's my question, I just got my DVX 100b and I'm so excited to run out and start shooting but here's the problem. My buddy was asked to shoot a video and he has a Cannon HD, if I help him and give him the footage will our shots look considerably different? Will his client notice? Since my camera is only standard Def and is there anything I can to to recreate the look as close as I can to his? Thanks

you can't mix HD and SD footage on the same timeline without downsampling the HD. You can also upres your DVX footage, but obviously the artificial HD won't anywhere near as good. Why doesn't your friend shoot SD on the canon camera to better match your footage. The hardest part of this process is going to be color matching
