I'm wanting to buy a video camera with a firewire connection to use for video streaming church service. The camera does not need to have the capability to record, simply need to use the camera to generate the video. I currently have a setup to connect a consumer based camera (sony) via a firewire connection to a pc. I run a cable from our sound board to the PC's sound card and we use Adobe flash encoder to merge the video and audio together.

Again, I'm looking for a HD camera (3 ccd) with firewire connection. Thanks

I e-mailed you, I have exactly what you need. The HVX200a also has xlr inputs so you can hook the sound board directly to the camera for streaming etc.
