HD Upgrade problem

I just downloaded the HD 5.1.6 upgrade. After installing the program, I tried to open up an existing project and I got an ERROR message: ACCESS VIOLATION exception occured. Also, the program won't recognize my deck, even after I re-configure it. I registered the software, and updated the dongle. What am I missing? Don
 
Sounds like a corrupt media file in the sequence, try rebuilding the effect and load your clip in again from your master.
 
Might also try deleting your settings and MCstate files, then reinstalling Xpress Pro. The settings and such are incompatible coming from older versions of Xpress Pro.
