What are the best settings for me to shoot on my 100b with? Also, what setting should I be using on premire pro cs5 on instant HD, and what should me export settings be?

Frame rate is up to you but make sure you shoot squeeze.
I shot this 30p Squeeze and upconverted w/ Instant HD.
