HD screen capture on Macbook???

[nolankubrick]

I'm trying to get a screen capture of a computer screen to put into a film of mine, a perfect example would be this video here, http://vimeo.com/43303414 , The title card.

Anyone have experience with doing this??

P.S. didnt know where to ask this on the forum, move if necessary!

If you're using a Mac, Quicktime allows you to record your screen.

SnagIt! is another good option.
