HD rendering/exporting

I've shot my footage in squeeze at 24fps. Now how would I go about it in premiere cs5 to export in best quality HD?

If anyone could send me their settings/presets that would be great, thanks.

Thanks for stating the obvious, I know it's not an HD camera. But if you've noticed, people up rez to HD which is what I;m wondering about - what are the best settings for that.

Under export settings, change your output video size to 1280x720 with square pixels (1:1). That's what I do for uploading to Vimeo (check my sig).

We tend to get all kinds of questions on here, so I take questions at face value. As for up-res, that is generally not done at export time, so your question was less than obvious. Perhaps someone here can assist you with CS5 as I don't use it. Most up-res utilities built into NLEs are quite poor. So don't expect miracles.

What I do is export mi secuence as a still image nightmare (12.000 for 8 mins) and rezise all with Photozoom pro, and then reimport into an HD project. Work great, but slow-as-you-can-get
