HD monitor for color grading ?

I`ve been looking at the e-cinema monitor ($15000 !!!!!) and blackmagic
decklink ( $700 ) .
Are there other affordable solutions out there ?
I`m living on Curaçao ( dutch carribean ) and we`re gonna do a feature film
( waiting for the hvx 200 , 2 of them) , we wanna shoot in dvcpro Hd .
The film is gonna be printed on 35mm , so it`s very important that
we get the color grading perfect .
Any suggestions ?
 
We use high end HD monitors, and the one we rent most often to other clients is the Sony BVDM-20. For the focus puller we use the 7" Astro. Both have component and HD-SDI.
