HD Marshall Monitor Experience

A few months back I purchased a Marshall V-LCD70P-HDMI. I use it for my 5D, 7D, and some times EX1. It worked great and I was super happy. Recently I did a shoot with my ol' pal Charles Papert. He started to notice some problems with the monitor. I guess I noticed them too on previous jobs but it just really didn't bug me. Charles thought that something was wrong with the monitor and put me in touch with the people at Marshall. They were so responsive. Seriously the best customer service experience of any product ever! I send it in and it was fixed the next day. The folks over there were so cool about it I just had to let people know that Marshall really stood behind their product and resolved the issue.

The problem that I was having was that the image would change brightness while we were setting up shots.... Sort of a bumber right.

I'm shooting something tonight and will report back on the fix.
 
Marshall is having a lot of problems with their monitors. I've already returned three of them.
 
the V-LCD70P-HDMI have another problem. Using it via hdmi, when use false colors don't shows red when the imaga is overexposed. With components or composite works fine. Marshall confirmed me that problem and says they'll fix this soon.
