Hey fellow Camera Ops, DP's, Directors ...etc. I am a DP/ Camera Operator based out of Vancouver, BC. www .ChrisBedyk.com I have a very unique R/C electric helicopter that was designed to shoot stabilzed HD footage safely around or near people. It weighs only 6lbs fully loaded. It is only 4 feet by 4 feet. Special rotors made of styrofoam can be installed for extra safetly. Parachute for added safetly. It has infinite pan with 180 tilt. You can see the footage via wireless link on any SD monitor.
I have posted some test footage captured on an SD camera when the stabilzation system was not installed.

What can be done with this? Well imagine a flying Steadicam that can travel 10 stories at a distance the length of a football field.
