HD editing

Hi,

I know the question should has been asked many times but I would like to have step by step instruction about doing files import from my hmc150 to FCP6.

I have experience with miniDV importation, I know how to capture, but t doesn't seem to work as HD format.

Could someone give a few tips?

that's what I saw in the explication video for FCP import but, even if my computer detect my camera, opening a "no name" file, FCP doesn't seem to detect my video files.

When I try to take the files manually from the card, I have an error message saying that the file structure isn't compatible with the operation I'm trying to do.

Is there a setting that I didn't do? Do I have to download pilots to detect my cam.

I work in mac, with a HMC150.

Which Intel Mac you have?

What exact version of FCP?

I work with Final Cut Pro 6 from Studio 2 on a homemade intel quad core computer working in mac.

FCP6 isn't the exact version. FCP 6.0.5 is needed.

As to the hackintosh, well, I don't know.
