HD Component Out Cable for HVX-200

When I connect my monitor to the HVX using the Panasonic supplied HDMI cable, I sometimes gets video hits on the monitor. I know that they do not appear on the final files. But I am getting tired of explainng to my clients that everything is OK, regardless of what they see. The problem arises from the poor connector on the Panasonic cable. Does anyone know of a better alternative ? I thought that a right angle plug would sit much better. I am considering having a custom cable made for me. But before I do thatI thought I'd throw it out to the forum for an answer.

It is a problem and no one seems to want to find an appropriate answer. Wrapping the cable around the handle IS NOT A SOLUTION. I am surprised that someone with as much know how as Barry Green suggested that fix. Barry, I know this worrks, but with a $6000 camera, whay are we "jerry" rigging the cable ?
No worries, I am going to create a cable that is appropirate and I will make it available to all who want it for themselves. Any help would be appreciated.

i use the mic holder as a loop point and it takes pressure off the cable. works pretty well, but i agree the cable is **** and there should be a better way of releasing tension off of it
