Hi All,
I recently set the camera to FHD/60p ALL-I 200M and after a long (1:12:16) recording noticed that the when the file reached 51.48GB it rolled over into a new file. No audio or video was missing. Is there a file size limit when recording at this bitrate?
On the DVX200 there is a 48-gigabyte file size limit, so while I don't know for certain I would think it a safe assumption that the HC-X1000 has a similar file size limit. It wouldn't be restricted to just the All-Intra mode though, it should apply to all recording modes. It is just more likely to be encountered more often in All-Intra because that uses up space the fastest.
