So I film weddings and I am getting a GH3 because I don't need 4k but I need unlimited clip recording length. I need 2 lenses and I need both to have image stabilization. To save a little $$ I was thinking the Tamron 24-70 (which would be 48-140 after the 2x crop, but add the metabones speedbooster and it is now an F2.0 & 34-99mm lens), and a Tamron 70-200 (which would be 140 - 400 after the 2x crop, but add the same metabones speedbooster and it is now an F2.0 & 99-284mm), both with image stabilization as the ef mount speedbooster works with IS. So I will have my short and long focal length lenses, that are both fast, stabilized, and on a light body I can throw in the bag and go.
Did I make any mistakes here?
Also, I could also just save a bunch more and get the native 4/3 lenses by Panasonic (12-35, and 35-100) which after the 2x crop would be exactly the same lenses, but at 2.8 and not 2.0, and both stabilized. But is there a noticeable difference in image quality shooting video with these lenses vs the tamron lenses?
