LOL! The ending is nuts! LOL!!! Yea I liked the way that whole coming up the steps sequence was shot and edited. Her reaction to the Thunder or whatever sound that was supposed to be could have been tighter. For example when you heard the first sound and she rolled her eyes as if to say what was that...that was right on. The 2nd reaction, I think she reacted just a little too soon and it didnt come across as strong as the first one.

Great work, looking very cinematic (any details on light and camera set up?). Like the tension build up in the beginning and the remarkable twist when the guy shows up.

I liked it... I agree that the ending twists it into a dark comedy 'cause I laughed so loud I woke up the neighborhood :D... also the Cheese Sailor is right... the subtle music that comes back in as she's going up the stairs relieves the tension rather then furthering it... you should have continued with the tense music that started when she grabbed the knife.

Was that Acid?

It is great to hear what you guys think.

Mindbrother: Cam settings were pretty much standard F6 although I took the Master ped down to -7. I did my own color balance because I used 2 craftsmen worklights on tripods. Not ideal. But cheap. No idea of the color temp but I had about 2000watts.

Matt in STL: No it wasn't acid. Although I do like using acid. I just did this quick and it isnt for an purpose other than my experimenting. So I just used some film music tracks and of course David Cassidy.

Watched it!... I loved it... Ya know I was expecting someone else hidding in the room thought somenoe was going to jump from behind. I guess that would be too predictable. Loved your take on it though.
Her reaction to the second was over dramatic but other than that I loved it.

Can's wait to see more.

nice dude, you had me creeped out all the way until she got in the room. then i laughed. nice compositions. i love the shot when she gets the knife looks back and her hair gets all twirly. the way she walks up the stairs was kinda wierd, in a goodway. i laughed when she turned the lights on with the knife, that was good man.

That was fun, but a bit light hearted for my taste.The camera work was real nice.I thought the lighting was clean. Maybe a little too bright all around, but very clean.

i'll have to watch the ending tomorrow. i took like a nap since 6 pm- its 1 am now, and if i watch the rest of it i'll be scarfed and unable to sleep.

Here's my comments. Don't take it personally, it will only make ur film-making skills better:
- The performance of the actors were poor.
- Need to think thru and perform enough analysis before you work on your scenes
- A few grammar errors
- Too many shots to show the same thing

But i must say it's a good attempt.

She is acting good. The man in the bad has to learn acting. The last part of the movie can you just forget. Isn't good. This is one of the best movie ever posted on DVXuser.com.

I liked it. The guy on the bed needs to scream louder. Where did he get stabed? I Like the whole thing, even though I almost threw up when the ending part. Very cool man. Have her practice lighting the cig. Maybe you can add a little strings sound or somthing ...

Loved it ! Keep up the good work.
