Has Anyone Used Ultra 2

I'm basically starting from scratch with this, but I was wondering if any PC users have used Ultra 2 (from Serious Magic, now Adobe). I need to use a somewhat forgiving solution to possible green screen shots and was wondering if this can be the answer. By the way, is this a stand alone or does it have to be used with another program such as After Effects or Premiere?

I will get into more technical questions in a bit, but needed to know this first.

I use it all the time tell me what your looking for.

I'm looking to use it for compositing, but I'm not sure wether or not I need to have a NLE in place to do that. It seems like it would be an inexspensive solution for this as my green screens my not be properly lit, and hopefully it will be bit more forgiving than After Effects and others.

How well does Ultra 2 integrate with mxf file work flow? I assume it doesn't recognize mxf files... probably works fine with raylight avi's?

Also, to be clear, Ultra 2 is a standalone product... not a plugin for Premiere or any other NLE, right?

That's one of the things I was hoping to find out. gonzoish79 said he uses it all the time, but didn't answer my original question. Does any else out there know if it's standalone or not? The website is incredibly uninformative about this.
