Has anyone succeeded in getting the DVXuser batts.

I ordered the DVX User batteries -- 4 to be exact -- 2 weeks ago and not only has Paypal charged me, but no one seems to be answering my e-mails at Battery@Dvxuser.com. I would rather have the batteries than not (especially if they're as good as you guys say they are), but what's the deal? Are they on location somewhere? Is this normal? I'll have to dispute the charge if I don't hear from them soon... :-[

It was a slow process, but I received my batteries about a month after I ordered them. They're worth the wait, but if you are expecting overnight service....you'll be disappointed.

Send JARRED LAND a Private Message.  You'll get them.  He has been away from Vancouver for a week and actually works on films for a living so be patient!  Just let him know and you'll get the hookup.

Funny; mine took 4 days.  :o

I ordered 2 batteries and got them sometime in March. I only waited a couple of weeks to get them if that. They were coming from Japan. Besides the man in charge Jared, is in Vegas attending NAB so that is probably why your emails haven't been returned.

I ordered 2 and got mine also...no issues..

Can anyone tell me about the switch on the face of the batteriy? My oem panny battery doesn't have one, and I've never used it before? Is it some type of discharge switch?

Any help would be .....helpful.... :)

It will release the acid in the battery (when you open it the battery comes apart and then you can refill it when the nucliofibrosacid runs out).













No, just kidding. When you switch it to RED it just lets you know the battery has no juice and needs charging. You can also just put a red piece of tape for easier reference.

What do you do when you're covered in nucliofibrosacid??

JH - Thanks for the reply...now I can take off the industrial plastic gloves avoiding acid spillage.

I finally got them today -- so thanks for the support. Got another question, though:

What chargers are good for speed-charging these things? I assume the stock DVX charger can at least charge them (right?), but I want to get something for getting them all (4) up quickly. Any suggestions?
