Has anyone seen/used this steady-rig.

don't know anything about it, but on their website they list the price as 2219 euros. that's over $3,000 american. not sure if this is legit or not.

And, those who know anything about Steadicam have been laughing at the Steady-drive for quite some time now. Yes it's real. And it should be a joke, because for all performance purposes and it is.
It's a pretty classic case of someone who: A) "doesn't get it" or: B) prays on other's ignorance.

The design of the device can't possibly provide any stabilisation, and the demo footage I have seen from those guys is fairly weak.

Needless to say, I don't cosider it a serious stabilizer, and would not recomend it for anyone.

And for the record: "Fagerström" is a Swedish name.
