Has anyone seen distortion in clips similar to this..

For some reason I have been getting some bad clips with distortion chips like a red and white take a look at this footage and let me know if anyone has experienced this and what I need to do to fix the problem....http://www.sharkle.com/video/97567/ Any help is aprreciated...

Compression artifacts? I trust it wasn't on the original.

So -- how did you compress it?

Actually it wasn't on there but after I rendered to an avi file, I pulled it up in Nero and burned it straight to DVD. And that is the crap that came out those artifacts...
