Has anyone replaced their base plate with one of these?

The screws that hold the plate have gotten to the point that they wont tighten.
Threads seem to be stripped and the screws just turn.

Any reason why it's not in the DVXUser shop thread?

I have one of the flat base plates for my DVX100a and I am very pleased with it. It's much more stable when on a tripod --- no flexing. Nicely made and --- IMHO --- well worth the money. I assume the model for the 100B is terrific as well.
