I'm well on my way to saving enough for the camera, I'd like to buy it from a store in upstate NY. A company with an actual physical location because I have mostly cash.

Any shop recomendations? Ithaca, Rochester, Syracuse? Authorized dealers only plzzz

dude! you are in westchester, why not just drive down to b&h? actually, after living in upstate new york for 5 years (new paltz) i'm pretty sure there are no pro-video shops that would have anyhting nice in stock. maybe in buffalo, but who knows

I live in Poughkeepsie and this is the only place I know of. It's an authorized Panasonic dealer.

It's in Newburgh. About an hour or so, North.

If not, B&H is probably closer. But, they are probably not going to have an HVX in stock for awhile.

Ya im in westchester now, but go back to school this weekend upstate. Ill try and find some prices in Ithaca or rochester, maybee syracuse. I would buy from B&H but they are 6k and can't I get a HVX for mid 5's from other places that are still authorized right?
